Ken Brown (23-12) of Oklahoma City OK defeated Rob Woodard (18-17) of Dallas TX three games to one in the playoffs. It was Brown’s second STAR Tournaments win.

Woodard defeated Mark Delpopolo two games to one in the semi-final.

Brown (18-10) won the division.
