Don Shults of Detroit MI (24-8) defeated Tim Motley, also of Detroit MI (18-15) three games to one in the Finals. It was Shults’ fourth STAR Tournaments win.

            Shults defeated Paul Brownlee three games to oneo in one semi-final.  Motley defeated Steve Craw three games to one in the other semi-final.

            In the quarterfinals, Shults defeated Dave Bengert, three games to one; Brownlee defeated  Luke Jansen, three games to one; Motley defeated Ryan Motley, three games to two, and Craw defeated Bill Fenlon, three games to none.

Shults (15-5), Jansen (14-6), Craw (13-7) and Ryan Motley (12-8) led their respective divisions.
