Ed Killmer (20-14) of Tampa FL defeated Mark Huaman (21-15) of Sanford Florida four games to three in the world series. Killmer now has fifteen Star Tournaments wins. Killmer defeated Craig Schneider three games to none in one semifinal; Huaman defeated Larry Grogan three games to two in the other. Huaman (16-8) had the best regular-season record.

Don Shults (9-15) won the South Region points contest, with 111, thereby qualifying for the Papal Room.
