Ben Leong (25-9) of Gaithersburg MD defeated Tom Anderson (23-11) of Moreno Valley CA three games to two in the finals. Leong now has twenty-one Star Tournaments wins.

Leong defeated Mike Breithaupt three games to none in one semi-final. Andersonn defeated Peter Waterstreet three games to one in the other semi-final.

Leong defeated Joe Sheehan three games to one in one quarter-final. Breithaupt defeated Vic Horvath three games to one, Anderson defeated Sean Oakley three games to none, and Waterstreet defeated Jim Gary three games to one in the other semi-finals. Sheehan defeated Stan Suderman in a tiebreaker game to advance to the playoffs.

Leong (16-6), Anderson (15-7), Gary (13-9) and Breithaupt (13-9) won their respective divisions..
