Steve Davidson (20-15) of La Habra CA defeated Dan Martin (19-15) of San Diego CA by four games to two in the world series. Davidson now has thirteen STAR Tournaments wins.

In one semifinal, Davidson defeated Bill Katona, three games to two.

In the other, Martin defeated Bruce Herrin, three games to one. It was Herrin’s first STAR appearance.

Martin & Katona won their respective divisions.
